Amber C. Haskett, Esq.

Ms. Haskett is a graduate of Boston University and received her Juris Doctor summa cum laude from The American University Washington College of Law in Washington, D.C. She was an editor of the American University Law Review and participated in the Criminal Justice Clinic as student prosecutor in the Montgomery County District Court, Juvenile Division. Haskett is currently the principal in the Haskett Law Firm, a professional corporation, specializing in estate planning, probate and trust administration, trust litigation and business formation and operations.

Prior to establishing her own firm, Haskett was a founding partner of Garcia & Haskett, LLP and an associate and managing attorney at The Castleman Law Firm. She also practiced in areas of litigation and estate planning as an associate at Heller, Ehrman, White & McAuliffe in San Francisco. Haskett is admitted to the Bar in California, Colorado, Maryland and the District of Columbia.

Ms. Haskett is a member of the board of directors of the Eastern Alameda County Bar Association and editor of their monthly newsletter. In addition, she is a member of the Tri-Valley Estate Planning Council and a member of the Trusts and Estates Section of the California Bar. Ms. Haskett has served as an expert witness in the areas of estate planning and trust administration.
